Hanayen will ship orders daily all over the world by using FedEx shipping Service.
The Shipment Charge will be borne by Buyer.
After you make payment please allow 5-12 business days for customizing and delivering the product.
We offer shipping insurance to protect your package against any loss or damage. If you report any items missing, or other shipping issues, we will help you resolve your problems immediately.
We ship all our goods directly from the factory in Al Qusais Dubai, UAE.

NOTE: Important! Customs policies, forces of nature, strikes, and so on are excluded from the stated delivery time. Packages delivered internationally may be subject to customs duty. In this case, customs officials will inform you about how to receive your order. Customs duty may vary according to your order and shipping country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay duty on any order subject to customs clearance.

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 5 business days (S-TH) of receiving the item and we will gladly replace it. Please note that you will have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to qualify for a refund, 15-30 days for store credit, and after 30 days you will be contacted to purchase a ship charge so the merchandise can be returned to you, or destroyed at your expense. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless we ship an item in error.
Any worn, soiled, altered, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued. If you cannot be reached with your provided contact information within 30 days from when you initially received the item in question to purchase a ship charge to ship the un-returnable item back to you, the item will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.
You will be eligible for a refund only if the product arrives back to us within 14 days from the day the order was originally delivered. If we receive the product back 15-30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, you will be eligible for store credit to Hanayen.com only. If the return arrives after 30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, it will be refused.
Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method. If there is a sppt between store credit and credit card, then store credit will be refunded first, then the credit card. We understand the importance of processing these returns and are doing our best to handle as quickly as possible. Refunds/store credits typically take 7-10 days from the date we receive your return.

If the return arrives after 30 days from the date the order was originally received by you, the customer, it will be refused. Once you receive the exchanged item, the same rules apply if you need to return or exchange it (so if you need to return the exchanged item, you will have the usual 14 days from date of that delivery to qualify for a refund, 15-30 days to qualify for store credit).
You must include a copy of your receipt along with a request for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Please ship with tracking, we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers
